Where Yotel airport guests might receive a bottle of water and not much else, Yotel Edinburgh boasts a smart bar, which serves drinks – beers, wine and cocktails – and makes for a pleasant space looking out over Queen Street. Its food menu includes light salads and “bar bites”, such as mozzarella sticks, chips, falafel and hummus. In the café, slightly more substantial lunch-type offerings are available, including steak pie, roast chicken wraps and ham and cheese toasties, while full English and continental breakfasts are served, too.
