Is Lori Loughlin Filing For Divorce From Mossimo Giannulli?

Publish date: 2024-06-15

Is Lori Loughlin filing for divorce from her husband Mossimo Giannulli now that she is out of prison? Lori finished serving her sentence for her role in the college admission scandal but her husband is currently paying his own debt to society. Now, a new report in the upcoming January 18, 2o21, issue of Star magazine suggests that Lori’s marriage is in shambles and the two may not reunite once Mossimo is released from prison.

Marriage can be difficult enough without the types of stress factors that Lori and Mossimo dealt with. Both were found guilty in the scam that saw the couple pay approximately $500,000 for their daughters, Youtuber Olivia Jade, 21, and Isabella Rose, 22, get admitted to USC.

The couple sold their mansion as the scandal was at its height, and Lori lost the television show that she had on Hallmark. Combine those life changes with the scrutiny of the scandal and the fear of going to prison and it’s a surprise that the two didn’t get divorced before they were sentenced!

Lori and Mossimo have been married for 23 years and the two had reportedly undergone their fair share of difficulties before the college admission scandal came to light. Now they are dealing with the aftermath and there are many factors working against their marriage.

A source spoke to the publication and stated the following.

Things were fraying between them well before they went off to prison. There’s been a lot of fingerpointing and blame.

What they should do is get the person/persons who take cash/or…? "bribes" at Universities/Schools-not the mom's wanting better for their children !! DUH !!

It’s also understandable that the two would blame each other for the scandal and if the couple’s marriage were to survive, it seems there would be a lot of healing that needs to take place.

Not only does Lori need to rebuild her image with the public and try to restore her career, but she also needs to come to a place with Mossimo where they are no longer blaming each other for the scandal. Twenty-three years is a long time and as the saying goes, love covers a multitude of sins.

The two have made mistakes and paid their debts to society. If they want to save their marriage, they can, but it will take a lot of work. They may need therapy in order to go forward.
