Adam22 Discusses YNW Melly And The Fact He Interviewed The Rapper With The Men Melly Supposedly Kill
According to Hot New Hip Hop, even though YNW Melly is currently behind bars on very serious murder charges, he has still managed to drop some musical projects in the recent past. For example, the outlet says he released a new record at the end of 2020.
As it was previously reported, the rapper turned himself in to authorities back in 2019 after he was accused of murdering two of his close friends, YNW Sakchaser and JNW Juvy. Police charged Melly with double murder, and he has sat in prison ever since.
Hot New Hip Hop says that the worst part about the killings has to do with the close relationship of the men involved. All of them were apart of the YNW collective, and it seemed like things were going well between them.
During an interview with VladTV this weekend, Adam22 touched on some of the conversations he has had with rappers in the past, including Melly. Adam22 says one of the interviews went viral, including the one where he spoke with Melly with the two men the rapper was later accused of killing sitting right beside him.
Adam22 said the interview was weird for that reason. Who would’ve known the men would’ve ended up the way that they did? Adam22 started off his comments by claiming the interview with the YNW collective members didn’t go well. Check out their conversation below:
Interestingly, Adam22 says the part of the interview that went viral later on was when the rapper said he didn’t get someone’s name tattooed on them unless they were dead. Obviously, YNW Melly was accused of killing both of them later.
At the start of 2020, YNW Melly was in the headlines after it was reported that he tried to get Kanye West to help get him out of prison. YNW Melly, who once worked with West on a song, reportedly pleaded with the GOOD Music founder about getting him out of there, but of course, it never worked.

Fans know Kanye’s wife, Kim, has successfully gotten other convicts out of jail before, although, not ones accused of murder and other violent crimes.
